We stand behind our digital products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@chia.mdsteal.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Include the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product.
You do not need to explain in detail why — a short note is enough.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After the 7-day window

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds after the 7-day guarantee period. If you experienced a technical problem that prevented you from accessing your product, please contact us — we're happy to help resolve it.

Access after refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the corresponding digital product is revoked and any downloaded copies should no longer be used.
